Modern Family Farmhouse (Pool, Spa, Treehouse, Putting Green, Bocce +more)

A great property for Families or Friends to gather and enjoy. The bedrooms are roomy and spacios the layout of the house Positive: The property was just as advertised! Perfect for family trip. BedRooms were all clean and well appointed. TV’s in almost every room. The living space was very comfortable and roomy. The kitchen was awesome! Our group of 10 a lot of time in the kitchen and it was great. The outdoors areas had something for everyone. The Pool and Hotub, Bocce, Putting Area, outdoor living and dining area were all very nice. The house had a great layout and worked perfectly for us. The fruit trees were also a great treat. Everyone in our group enjoyed the property. Negative: My only challenge was figuring out all the light switches.

Simply a beautiful and lovely place to stay with many amenities. Positive: The property was very spacious and comforting. Loved every room! Negative: Driving there and having guess coming at night the entrance is not well lit. Recommend putting lights around the wagon wheels at the end of the driveway which is a great landmark during the day.

Book it!! This house is even better in person. The home is spacious and well appointed, with plenty of beautiful space inside and out. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the neighborhood is a close drive to shops and restaurants. We will definitely book again next time we are in the area.

We had a wonderful experience at the Orchard House. The house and all the outdoor areas were fantastic and well suited for our family trip with four generations represented. We hope to come back. Host was excellent. We were extremely pleased with the prompt service and communication.

This place was absolutely wonderful! Perfect for our siblings and family to relax. Todd was a wonderful host, and easy to reach. Definitely going to be my go to house while in Thousand Oaks.
